Production Time varies based on the item ordered. Typical production time is 2-3 weeks plus ship time. Ship time is generally 3-5 business days.

Shipping is via FedEx or UPS at cost based on the level of service you require to get your merchandise on time. Shipping charges will be billed separately and will not be reflected in your order total. Shipping is included in some prices and is specified.

There is a slight possibility of an error or omission on this site. Prices are subject to change without notice. If any change is made that affects pricing, we will request customer approval prior to charging the order and prior to placing the order. If for any reason an order is charged, and the price has changed; if the customer feels the new price is not acceptable we will refund the charge to the customer in full prior to placing the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION Customer is liable for all charges incurred by Flash Drive Express up to the time and date of cancellation. If an order has been completed but not shipped and is cancelled, the customer is liable for the merchandise and disposition of the merchandise.

REFUND POLICY Since merchandise is customized, refunds are only given under if the two following conditions are met: 1) Flash Drive Exress did not follow the order and/or art instructions and made a clear error in either product supplied or artwork supplied (wrong imprint colors, typos, etc.) 2) Merchandise must be returned to the factory. We try to assure that customers are satisfied so we will work with you to address any concerns you may have. We are unable to provide refunds simply because expectations of the product received are different from what was actually received. If you have concerns about the product or result you will be supplied, we are able to provide samples, proofs, and pre-production physical samples to assure you are happy with the item and imprint prior to production of a complete order. Once the preproduction proof is approved and the order is delivered, the order must be paid in full and is non-returnable.

In the event of order cancellation once an order has been placed, you are liable for any charges incurred up to the date of order cancellation. Minimum order cancellation charge is 30% of order value.
